Need help reading ohm meter and 93 no start 200

My 93 won't cold start again. It did this when I first got it and I thought I had it fixed. The error codes mostly pointed to the temp sensor, and replacing the temp sensor seemed to have fixed the problem temporarily.

This time there are no error codes but it is doing the same thing. The cold start fuel mix is so rich the spark plugs fowl, and all you can smell is gas.
So I am checking the temp sensor again. I have a new digital multimeter and I'm not sure how to read it. I have it set in the 200k range and the temp sensor gives a reading of 6.8. Is that 6.8 ohms or 6.8 k ohms? If it is 6.8 kohms the sensor is reading about right I think (its about -4 degrees celcius today)

I am not sure where else to look. What else would cause a rich cold start mix? The last time this happened I checked the fuel rail pressure and it was in the correct range. I have also ruled out the power stage, crank position sensor, the LH control unit and the O2 sensor is new. I also changed the cap and wires and that did not help.

I'm getting really frustrated. I have a rusty old 89 that has never failed me, and I have this nice totally rust free 93 replacement that I can't trust. I never know when its going to decide not to start. The only thing I can think of is that there is a bad wire in the LH harness, which will be tough to track down.
