Forum;

...after receiving two incorrect (for Garret, 1336711) Turbo Air Inlet Hoses, I finally recieved the correct (for Mitsu) 3514480 hose. It, and the rest of hoses are now installed again (and PCV lines and oiltrap are checked and OK)...while in there I naturally cleaned, inspected and snugged up everything in sight (and checked turbine impeller, which turned easily and smoothly with no housing contact)...but the bottom line is:

Still no boost... engine starts and runs normally...but manifold pressure gauge never goes positive under load...I hear no hissing to suggest a boost leak...so this suggest that boost is not comming up...perhaps wastegate is stuck open???

I will call garage which did the WaPu replacment and ask if they removed intercooler or touched any other boost pressure plumbing, but any thoughts or otherwise help is appreciated...

So...Questions 1 and 2 are answered, 3 has yet to be...
