Start issues 200 1989

Currently I am driving a 1989 240 wagon which has developed intermittant no start problems. The car currently has 250 thousand kms and has been fantastic to own. I have recently replaced the wire, cap, rotor and the fuel pressure regulator was replaced two years ago. The battery is fine. The crank sensor was replaced with a good used one three years ago. Uplugging the AMM did nothing I am thinking it might be the fuel pump relay because of how intermittant it seems. Does NAPA carry these. Because I live in Canada order one from Fcp Groton does not make economical sense. Anybody got any ideas.....
