Cold morning start squeel from engine Help!! S90-V90 1998

On cold mornings when I start my car everything is fine for 2 minutes. Then a low squeel starts from the mortor. It is coming from the passenger side. The pitch of the squeel stays constant as you rev the motor gently. I sprayed belt dressing to the belts. This has not helped. As soon as the temp. needle hits Normal the squeel goes away in one second. Yesterday I found a sweet spot in the RPM range. If I hold the RPM's at 1,200 the squeel goes away. What do you thing belt or water pump or Power steering pump. I was told from IPD volvo speedshop that if the sound goes away I should not be too concerned. Also after I sprayed the belts with dressing I smelled burning rubber for a few seconds while stopped at a red light. Any ideas, Thank you
