Brake cylinder/ Brake fluid loss????? 444-544

Hi All

I had the front right brake cylinder fitted two weeks ago. The braking is good, but i noticed that the brake fluid had gone down about 5mm since i had it fitted.

Should this have happened. Is it possible that the system needs to settle down, i.e. air in the brake lines being squeezed out through the reservoir. I have topped it up today to the max mark and i will see if there is any change. The hoses and brake line have been thoroughly checked for any leaks but seem to be totally sealed.

Can someone explain.

Sunil
