Gave up on V90-got a 945T-need advice 900

Hello all, just got a '95 945T (152K miles) last Friday. Two issues are bugging me.(1)Steering rack ends are slighly wet-probably leaking, though haven't seen any drips or fluid loss yet.(2)Intermittent flicker of oil pressure light only at idle.Oil smells of gas. I checked the FPR vacuum line-dry,no apparent fuel vapor from it-but could it be leaking intermittently? I am going to change the oil immediately of course. Also, after I drove the car a while I started hearing a creak or squeak froom the left front suspension. It seems to be coming from that tie rod end where it connects to the rack-could PS fluid on this joit cause this? Car also need cone bushings,A/C is a little low on charge.
