My 240 update.. potentially VERY bad development 200 1989

If you mostly still had "slush", you are probably okay. If you freeze a block, the first thing to blow are the freeze plugs in the block, not easy to replace but doable. Check the oil for water and see if there is water in the cylinder(s), if yes, you might have popped a head gasket (rare though).

Heat that engine up as someone else mentioned with a 500W light, and drain the cooling system... at least this will prevent additional damage.
