Front makes bouncing noises when stop on light 200

Have the shop remove the front tires and check for a bent wheel, or a "bubble" in a tire (separating tread layers, or a shifted belt inside the tread), and also check the balance.

The wheels should be balanced if the tires are good. A bubble in a tire will mainly be noticed at low speed, 0 to 25 MPH. It can cause shakes on the highway as well but it is usually worst at low speeds.
