Which front shocks/stuts to use. 200

I found out I mistakenly got some front Boge Automatics/Sachs Advantage shocks for a 240 that has since been nearly totalled by a hit and run driver, (I had meant to get rears) But I have them, and will be doing the front struts along with replacing the front wheel bearings, etc.

Now the question is this: Is it worth it for me to return them to IPD and then upgrade to the Turbo Gas or Bilstein Touring/econonmy struts (avail for ~$60 from either IPD for the BOGE, either for that price from FCP Groton). I've got the turbo gas shocks in the back. Any advice anecdotal or otherwise helpful.
