2 ?'s: cleaning T-body, A/C conversion 200

I've been having starting issues with my 82 244 for a while now. Upon start up it almost always dies once, then will idle normally for a short while and then go into a chugga-chugga-chugga cycle and will either die or return to normal idling. She usually does this until warm or I give a little gas. I've had the injectors cleaned and replaced a dead air box thermostat amongst other things. I'll look into cleaning AMM as I saw in a previous post.

This weekend I plan on cleaning the T-body. I've seen the page in the 700/900 FAQ section. Any other resources I should know about?

Has anyone had A/C converted and about what will I be looking at dollar wise?

Thanks in advance,

Mike
