Problem found by dumb luck 700

First let me thank everyone for the postings/testing procedures. After all the tests which showed everything in limits. Was sitting letting it run checking fuse block, relays, etc. I mentioned I had bypassed fuse #1 with a fuseable link several yrs ago. I moved the fuseable link and car stumbled. The connections(soldered & heatshrink)were good. It was one of the rubber sealed links. Had a spare, so cut the old out, couple wire nuts and no more overheating of the link. Drove for about 30mins in boost and only skin temperature. The link apparently was bad internally. Thanks again.

On a side note. If you haven't inspected your headlight relay base, do so. Mine shows evidence of overheating and the relay getting hot. All covered in the FAQs. Ordered 2 from St. Louis Volvo, couple $ each.
