Comparison of B30E/F cylinder heads 140-160 1973

(I dated this post as 1973 because I believe ONE of the heads might be from 73.)
Below are two B30 cylinder heads I have, one with valves (most of them) I took
off my 164 today because of a valve in the cylinder. This engine is a 498100,
which is a B30F rated at 160HP, but this may be the head off a later engine.
(I had one once but at the time could not lay hands on the 8-bolt flywheel
it needed so I traded the block off but kept the head. Here is the pic of the
two heads:

Here is a closeup of the center top of the spare head I had in the garage.
Note the print, especially the Volvo logo and other markings on this one.
This one has rather constricted exhaust ports immediately below the valve seats.
(I have opened several heads like this up in that area and they seemed to be
better although I never have dynoed one.)

Here is a closeup of the one I took off. This one I suspect might be an 8-bolt
head because of the form of the boss for the injector holders - reminds me a lot
of the center edge of the B20 8-bolt heads. The ports have been modified somewhat on this head although you can't see it in any of these pix.

So those of you who know the big red engines, take a look at these and see if
you can shed any light on my musings above - is this an 8-bolt head?
Thanks for any and all info!
