Gas Gauge and Temp Gauge Erratic 84 760 700

Any ideas on what might be causing the fuel gauge and temp gauge to act erratically or not work at all. The car is a 1984 760 with B23FT. Wiring harness has been replaced already. Thanks is advance for any help offered.
