Dashboard Idiot Lights!

My wife was cruising down the interstate this evening in her '88 240 when suddenly a bunch of the idiot lights came on all at once; SERVICE, PARK BRAKE, BRAKE FAILURE and the bulb burnt out light. There was no difference in the operation or sound of the engine.

I disconnected and cleaned the battery cable clamps/terminals thinking maybe there was poor contact, but to no avail, lights are still on. What needs to be done? Is there a central reset button? This doesn't have a service light reset button in the instrument cluster like my '92 does.

Thanks in advance!
