ANSWER Battery drain S90-V90 1997

I think the vibration you are feeling is the idle speed valve. Which should not be running if the ignition is off. I would confirm that again, but if it is true your problem may be a shorted out wire, bad ignition switch, a bad ecm. If it is running, try unplugging it to rule out another component is not drawing current and causing the vibration. Inspect the wires leading to that valve.

The other picture is too small for me to see what you are questioning. It could be the flame trap, that would be where the white vacuum hose attaches.
