how 2 test if my injectors are clogged voltage? ohms? 700 1991

91 volvo 740 wagon/ B230F/ 4cyl/ bosch LH-jet tronic FI
i need 2 know how i should test my injectors. i havent been able to start my car for about 2 weeks now. i've replaced all hoses nearly all major sensors(map, ams, rpm, etc.), iac motor, new distributor cap, all are getting spark, new fuel pump, new filter, new relays(fuel pump, radio suppressoin) checked all fuses.
i just dont know what to do ne more. i've never been so disgusted with a car in my life. although i learnd 2night that the spark plugs had a relatively thick black coating, and were dry. the 4th plug was wet.
please help....my brain is tapped out at this point.
