'90 240 driver's window seal 200 1990

The felt surface of the driver's side front door window molding has deteriorated to the point that it rolls under when the window goes down. Borton Volvo says that the part is no longer available. I removed one from the only 240 in our junkyard and it's in the same shape as mine. Does anyone know of a replacement product, a way to repair this one, or a modification (like trimming off the part of the rubber that actually rubs against the window)? Thanks for the help.
Marlin
