Read End vibe 200

I've got this shudder coming from the rear end only on deceleration. It occurs when the speed drops below about 20 mph and gets worse as I slow down to a stop. It doesn't matter if the brakes are on or off or if I apply the parking brake. It also shudders if I go in reverse. It's a shake and not a noise, definitely got a methodical rhythm like two gears going around. Any thoughts? Both wheel bearings look and feel good, hangar bearing was also recently changed. Fearing the worst.
Thanks,
John
