No more 'fore & aft rhumba' 120-130

In November 2006 I sought advice regarding what I termed the “fore and aft rhumba”, a harsh jerkiness in low gears and part throttle. Both Rhys and Phil asserted that the problem would go away with properly adjusted carbs. I’m happy to report they were spot on. I finally got around to tweaking the carbs in my son’s ’69 and it pulls itself along in low gear at idle as sweet as you please.

Thanks to both.

Barry
