Should I go ahead and do my heater core while I am doing my evaporator core? 700 1992

I have to get a new evaporator core installed and while I am in there, do I need to go ahead and change out my heater core (kind of like when you do the timing belt and if there is any chance of waterpump leak, you go ahead and do the waterpump cause the cost of the part is not all that much more, but the labor would be the same)?
