Stuck in park.....sometimes 200 1991

I have a '91 240 with almost 255,000 miles on it. More often it doesn't want to shift from park. I had it to a Volvo dealership a year ago and they said it was simply a fuse, but it keeps happening and replacing fuses doesn't seem to help. All of the brake lights are good, so that shouldn't be the problem.

I have noticed that it seems to shift more often when it is warmer outside. I really don't want to have to spend a lot of money on this. I've read about the Microswitch, fuses, and solenoid.

What would be the best route to go? I'm selling it soon and it would be nice to have it shift!!
