well, i put some door seals on the wagon today and in doing so noticed this:

I don't think there are supposed to be rivets on the floorboards...

so i looked further, and underneath and discovered these gems...
More rivets (passenger side)

Crossmember cancer (driver's side)

A different angle

Passenger side cancer


I saw the other thread and looked on swedishtreasures and located some sheet metal that appears to be what i need to fix this but my question to you is this; is this thing a ticking time bomb? if i hit a bump wrong is my ass going to be on the ground? And say i did try to fix it; has anyone encountered and dealt with this rust/patch paneling before? if so how difficult is it?

any wisdom or input into my prediciment is greatly appriciated.
