Blocked breather? 900

My experience is that oil separators don't become restricted with deposits at the mileage you indicated. 110K is still youthful!!

Under what circumstances did you see anything other than a vacuum at the filler opening?

After I posted back concerning the necessity to remove the filler cap to check for blockage in the system I realized that with the cap in place you could check the quality of the seal on the cap by leaving it in place and blowing on the hose connected to the separator.

With all the other information you have given I am leaning more towards the bad seal at the oil filler all the time.

Randy
