ANSWER Question Regarding Removing Rear Bench Seat-Back-87/245 200 1987

IF you are talking about the back seat its pretty easy, but hard the first time you try it. You need a large flathead screwdriver. If you pull back the seat around the pivot point you should see a disk about the size of a quarter that is in a bracket. Put the screwdriver between the bracket and the disk on the inside and pry outwards toward the door. The disk should move out (its spring loaded). As it moves out lift up on the seatback. The disk should lift out of the bracket. You have to do it on both sides of the seat. When you go to do the second side the first side will often pop back into the bracket, so block it somehow or get someone to hold it for you.
