1992 Wagon blowing the 25 amp Lamboda fuse??? 200 1992

Hello all,
I recently picked up a 1992 240 Wagon for a work car. It seems to start and run fine most days, but twice now on cold damp mornings when I attempt to start it, no fuel injector action, and when I check the infamous fuse, its blown.
So, any ideas what makes this thing blow? The fuse holder and wiring seem fine.
Actually it looks new. So I don't understand what's making it blow. Any help would sure be appreciated.
