Looking for personal opinions and testimonials about the 2.9 liter six cylinder engine that came in the 97 960's. Reputation? Durability? DIY friendly? Reliability? Cost of repairs and maintenance? Our family has had about always had 4-cylinder 200 series Volvos so that's what we're used to. Then yesterday my wife spotted a nice looking 960 she wants to go look at.
