All novices pay attention 200

Many years ago I got my first 240. I had no idea about these little critters. They looked simple in design, and repair seemed easy. I tackled one or two of them with no help from any type of manual. I soon bought a Haynes. And later bought a Chilton's manual. Both gave me enough information for a lot of the simpler type of repair. I bought a Bentley 240 Service manual about 6 years ago. I thought I had found the golden ring. This manual gave information that was simply unbelievable. A few years later it just disappeared, Think someone borrowed it but never knew for sure. Now this is what you need to hear about. These manuals can be purchased for about $35.00, look for sales online. I know to some of you that sounds a little too much for your budget. But believe me, that will be the best investment you will make. It is a TOOL, just as any tool you will need to work on the car. This manual will answer 90% of the questions you will be asking the brickboard. I say this just out of pure joy as my new Bentley arrived Friday morning via UPS..I never knew I missed it so much. I have just started restoring a 79 242GT and nearly all of the questions I had about it are answered in the book. (Still can not find out about this duel exhaust it seems to have sprouted) Anyway GET THE BENTLEY..Do Not scrimp on a manual if you really want to get serious about repairing your Brick..My appologies if I have offended anyone with my heart felt convictions of Bentley..Max:>)
