17 year old frist brick 200

I concur completely with starting kids out in a 240. My oldest son got my 82 244.
Blew a stop sign and got creamed hard in the passenger side,he walked out unhurt at all. Then I found him an 89 240, smashed that up pretty well, again unhurt.
After that it was a 90 745, my daughter got hit in that one waiting to turn left.
So now he has a 93 940, so far so good, knock wood!!! My Daughter started out in a 1980 244 that she drove through HS and into college, now she has a 1997 850 which she loves. And my youngest started out in a 1990 245 drove it, rear ended someone and rebuilt the front and continued to drive it, then I drove it for awhile, then sold it. He now drives a Chevy P/U. Oh well 2 out of 3 Ain't BAD!!!
I still drive Volvo as does my wife, I'm in a 1992 245 wife has a Turbo 945.
A good starter car for sure.
Good Luck.
