What is a 240 SE 200

Yesterday at the store I saw a beautiful late model, red, 245. It had the same wheels as the '93 Classics I've seen. The car was stunning.

And on the rear hatch, it was badged "240 SE". I've never seen or heard of one of these, so I checked to make sure the badging was original -- it was: the "SE" was connected to the 240 (so it wasn't just a glued on piece from a 940 or some other model.)

Anyone have information about this car?
