Swapping in alternator 140-160

I have a 68 144S with a generator. Been searching and reading here about changing to an alternator as the generator I have was changed to a delco and the belt does't line up anyway. Have a few questions.

My B18 engine appears to have the alternator ear.

What type of bolt to use to mount alternator assuming I really do have the ear? Do all alternator require putting a bend in the adjust arm? Of the delco and Bosch is there a recommendation for which models to look for?

Read about using a delco 1 wire? Are there links to instructions on how to go from three wire generator to a one wire delco? I read something about the amp light and going to the one wire. Does the light no longer work?

Are the Bosch alternators that would work three wire?

I assume that both alternator have internal regulators. There is an IPD external regulator mentioned in some threads.
