Sorta Volvo Related - Bearing Suppliers?

I need to pick up another Volvo in the next week, but the bearings on the tow dolly are very, very worn, as I found tearing into them yesterday. They have already been howling a bit at speed, especially loaded.

Do any of you have a prefered online supplier? prefered brand? They appear to be common (it's a Mastertow Dolly) but I am always hunting a deal. Also, what are these "bearing buddy" things I see, are they necessary? Is this some sort of upgrade? Right now I have the pop-off dust caps.
