94' 945 Won't Stay in 4th 900

I've got a 94' 945 that is having an odd problem; The car won't hold the 4th gear. The only time it will shift into 4th is if I'm giving it no throttle, as soon as I give it any throttle it jumps into 3rd. For the record: ATF was flushed, kickdown cable replaced/adjusted, and solenoid bypass mod were all done no more than a month ago. All other gears are fine. It's got me stumped, anyone have a guess?
