There is a big difference between D & K cams. 120-130

The K cam is much slower off & on the seat than the D cam. There isn't much difference between the two when fed by HS6 SU's because the limiting factor here is the SU's.

A bigger factor is that the K cam works much better with stock valve springs, while the D cam when first seen in the 1st B18 rally package used duals.
