IPD Sway Bars 140-160 1973

Cameron,

Wait a second! Are you the same Cameron from IPD who sold a personal tachometer to the guys at Classic Motorsports Magazine back in May of 2004??!! You know, if you are, they mentioned you in the article about the 1971 142S project car they bought in Florida and restored! Weird!

This Volvo stuff is new to me (I just became a proud new owner of a classic 1973 142 in December of 2006 and I'm loving every mile of it), but the more I delve into this strange new world of Volvo enthusiasts the better it gets.

Just a few weeks ago, I was bidding for that very sway bar set I needed the instructions for (and by the way, just as you said, IPD emailed me a pdf file of the exact instructions for them--thank you very much) and a full set of Bilstein shocks on ebay against a guy (I won't mention his name) who turned out to be the same person who owned the 142 that was pictured as my wallpaper on my desktop! I've downloaded hundreds of gallery pictures of 142s all over the internet and the one picture I used as my wallpaper was the dude who lost to me on ebay! Weird!

Anyway, thanks again for helping me get the service instructions for the Sway Bar set from IPD.

Take care,

Danny
