need to fix two spark-plug holes 700

A head that I got from the Pick-a-part yard has 2 bad spark plug holes.
When you try to tighten the plugs they get to a point of starting to tighten and then jump the threads.

I already installed the head in the car and I would like to to try to fix the holes without having to remove the head.

What are my options? What tools do you guys recommend? Can the special tools be rented?

Thanks,
JJ
