Timing belt tensioner question. 200

Hey guys I just did my 500 mile timing belt tension and I kind of over tightened the tensioner just a tad (probably 1 or 2 pounds more) I know the specs are 37 foot pounds but it felt quite loose compared to the first time I loosened it. It may not have even been that much more only a little over a quarter turn more than 37 foot pounds. Is there any danger to tightening slightly over 37 pounds? Will it cause the tensioner to not spin right and possibly lock up? Like I said I hit 37 pounds and then went a bit further to ensure it would not spin loose because it didn't feel very tight. Thanks for any info guys.
