Let's assume for a moment that force running the pumps (jumper from 4 to 6)is supplying fuel and pressure to the injectors.

You have retrieved a code recently pointing to the rpm sensor. Even though it was changed in the past year I would look in that direction. While someone attempts to start the car why don't you gently wiggle the lead off of the rpm sensor around and see it you can get it to fire up?

Don't forget to remove the jumper between starting attempts.
