Lug Nut Compatibiity - 740 & 240 ?? 200 1991

I know the tire size is different on the 740 Wagon & the 244....(15" to 14")

The lug pattern is the same on both the 244 & the 740...........

Are the pitch and thread on both vehicles the same ?

I remember reading a post somewhere about the lug nuts not being the same betweent the two..
Can you guys confirm this please - before I try to swap the Draco wheels from the 740 to the 244 ?
