Front Arm Bushing Slips in Bracket 200 1981

A few years ago I changed the rear bushings in the front suspension arms. Ever since I've had trouble with the bushings twisting in the bracket. This twisting has wore the bushing shells badly. Perhaps I should not have put oil on the bushing shells when pressing them in. Also, one of the bracket nuts inside the frame broke loose. Anyway, To solve that problem, get newer struts, and upgrade to vented rotors I'm going to replace the entire strut-suspension arm assemblies. However, I don't know what to do about the broken nut inside the frame.
