FPR or Fuel Pump Failure Diagnosis 700 1992

Now my 1992 745B230F Regina won't fire up - It cranks, it has spark but...........

The fuel pressure at the rail is barely dribbling out of the scharder valve, I pulled the Access plate off of the rear deck to get at and hear the sender (This is a Regina System). And the sender is definitelty turning on - so, I need to find out what is going on this time.

Do you guys think I should pull the sender out to see what is going on ? I just replaced this sender about 2 months ago and it has been running fine since then until this morning that is..

So, the pump IS turning on, that much I am 100% sure of.
I know for a fact that I did not reinstall the "Pulse Dampener" when I resinstalled the sender. I used a length of in tank fuel grade hose to make a single piece from the output of the pump to the metal pipe that goes through the top part of the sender assembly..I used hose clamps to tighten up the hose connections...
The pressure at the rail (schrader valve) is very low - I am 100% sure of this too.

What do you think I should do next ? Pull the pump out ? Thanks in advance !

Cousin John
