4 spd automatic not shifting into overdrive 200

Today when I was driving the car from cold, and it would not shift into overdrive. The relay was replaced last year, and I can her it clicking, so I'll assume for the time being that it is not the problem.

I drove the car freeway speeds in 3rd gear for about 5 minutes. Got to a stoplight, ran the gear changer through the gears from drive up to park and back. After this, shifted as normal.

Car is a 92 240 N/A B230F with automatic 3spd+ overdrive.

I'm assuming this is a symptom of a developing problem that will become serious, and it's now spring break, so no now is the time for me to attack this. Thus I ask the collective wisdom of the Brickboard - where to begin looking?
