240 Wagon Rear Wiper Motor Replacement 200 1990

Need to replace the rear wiper motor. I have a 1990 Wagon with automatic door lock. The mounting bracket for the wiper motor has the auto rear lock motor attached to it, the assembly located in the right side of tailgate.

How do you get the rear wiper motor out? Do you have to take the door lock motor off the mounting bracket? There seems to be no way to pull the assembly out through the right hand opening with the wiper motor shaft still attached. And the opening in the center looks way too small to pull the assembly with motor attached out from right to left. Does linkage lever come off of the wiper shaft in the center, and then pull out to the right with motor and bracket? HELP!
