Stereo install 200 1992

I replaced the stereo in the upper dash section of my 92 240. I got the stereo, wiring harness, and dash kit from Crutchfields. All went well with the installation, except that there were no wires (lavender) present for the rear speakers... ?

Also, I get no sound from the front speakers. Not even a hiss when the volume is maxed. The stereo powers up, the tuner shows an output signal.

The fuses are new and seem fine, uncorroded. Is there an inline fuse somewhere? Also, where are the wires for the rear speakers?

Any help appreciated.
