122 and 140 parts interchangability

I'm getting up a list of parts I need for my 122 wagon, and so far have had no luck selling the wrecked 142 I have. So I am considering parting out the 142, but have a few questions before I go that far: Are there any of the suspension or brake parts interchangeable between a '68 P220 and a '70 142? I know the engine/trans will fit, the rear diff can be made to fit, but what about the newish IPD sway bars and newish KYB shocks? What about the radiator? Will the entire front crossmember swap out between the 2 cars? The steering boxes are different between the flex joint and teh box itself, but can the unworn 143 box be used in place of my almost worn out 122 box?

Thanks!

Ron
