Carbon monoxide poisoning 900

I have had the 1994 940 wagon now for a little over 2 months. The tail pipe was completely rusted out and there was a hole in the resonator. I have replaced both with oem parts but for some reason I think that I am getting poisoned. (headache,nausea...). I am thinking that it is the gasket on the hatch door. Has anyone else had issues/suggestions along these lines?
