Exhaust Fumes from Leaking Header and Turbo 700

On my '89, exhaust fumes are leaking from the mating area of the turbo to the exhaust manifold.

As I am not familiar with how this is to be sealed up, can someone please advise?

I'd like to open my windows again. The fumes get worse driving with them open.

TIP: The way I confirmed the origin of the leak was to pressurize the exhaust system using a shop vac blower into the tailpipe, then floating soapy water over the manifold. The bubbles told the whole story.
