Question about fuses 120-130

Yup, as others have said that's the top fuse, the charge light should also be on. The quick bodge to get going is to loop an inline fuse with two spade connectors round the outside of the fusebox. The top two terminals on the right as you look at it are linked together, so you have spare terminals.
