'87 245 has fuel pressure but no fuel delivery 200

Our '87 245 was running great Saturday, but would not restart after being shut off. Under no circumstance did I find power to fuse #4. It will run on ether, so I know I need fuel delivery. I tried a new fuel pump relay to no avail. Jumpering fuse #6 to #4 powers up the fuel pumps, and I put a gauge on the fuel rail and it shows plenty of pressure with the pumps running. All the fuses in the fuse box have good continuity, and the spade type fuse by the power steering resevoir looks good. I am baffled. It might be the computer has gone out, but more likely (I hope) it could be a bad connection or sensor. Anybody got any ideas for me?
