brake newbie 200

have had a grating noise from rear of car ( 89 245) last few weeks and am now just getting around to fixing it.

one side of rotor is badly scored while other side is shiny smooth. obviously pad on scored side is gone. have new rotors and pads but am i looking at a stuck piston here? something else? and what are my options if stuck piston?

i like going not stopping. though, at my advanced years, one has become more difficult than the other. and the car too. :)

tnx
gary c.
