transmission return line to radiator stuck. what counter wrench size to use ? 900

Help my transmission return line is stuck at radiator. There was a very very small leak at the joint and I tightened it but the leak is still there. It looks like I overtighened it because when I try to loosen it the nut at the radiator moves too. What size wrench can I use at a counter-wrench for this ??? I tried a 19mm but that was small. I dont want to make multiple trips to the auto store for this.

Thanks
